2025 Vista Resorts Membership Policies
BOOKING WINDOW: Members may book reservations up to 90 days before your stay for tent sites, RV sites, Cottages, Cabins and Yurts. The only exception is Members without the Cottage package can book cottages 60 days before your stay.
NIGHTLY RATES: Nightly rates for member stays are:
- Tent sites: $8/night
- RV sites: $10/night
- Cabins: $49/night
- Cottages: $65/night for members with the cottage package; 20% off the public rate for members without the cottage package.
- Yurt: 20% off the public rate for all members.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are fully refundable if requested 14 days or more before scheduled check-in for RV and Tent sites, and 30 days or more before scheduled check-in for cabins, cottages and yurts. Read the full cancellation policy on our website at www.VistaResorts.net/Cancellations
MEMBER GUESTS – BOOKING WINDOWS: The booking window for Member Guests is now 60 days for all site types.
MEMBER GUESTS – NIGHTLY RATES: Nightly rates for Member Guests are:
- Tent Sites: $40/night.
- RV Sites: $40/night.
- Cabins: $69/night
- Yurt: 20% off public rate
YOUR MEMBERSHIP ID and TYPE: You’ll need your Vista Resorts membership ID Number and Type when booking reservations. The membership ID for use when making reservations is the same as your Vista Resorts member ID but without the 07 in front. For example:
- Vista Resorts Member ID: 0781230123
- Member ID for Reservations: — 81230123
MEMBER DASHBOARD WITH NEWBOOK: With our new reservation system, you will have your own personal Dashboard where you can update your contact information and credit card details, record your RV details, and even see your history of reservations. You can also book reservations directly from your Dashboard. To access the Dashboard, you will first need to register using the following steps.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Use the applicable registration page below and enter your email address and last name. Please note – registration is property-specific, so if you will be making bookings at both Delta Shores and Canyon Creek, you will need to register for each property.
2. When registering, if you see the following error message you will be prompted to create a new account. Members should NOT not create a new account. Instead, try logging in again and check spelling. If it still does not work, you may be using a different email address or spelling of your name than we currently have on file. No problem, just call Vista Resorts at (530) 795 4133 or email Members@VistaResorts.net and let us know the name and email address you wish to use and we’ll update your records.
3) Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an email with a link to create a password and access your Dashboard. Note: If you don’t see the email within a reasonable time, check your SPAM folder. After registering you can use the following links to log in to your dashboard.
